Main Role of the Service Administrator (not limited to):
- Conduct clerical duties, including filing, answering phone calls, responding to emails and preparing documents
- Processing of completed Service Jobs. Following the correct SOP for uploaded of completed paperwork
- Send all completed paperwork directly to the customer via email.
- Ensure all email correspondence is done to the company standard.
- Monitor the Service Schedule and ensure that all jobs are completed. If a job hasn’t been marked as completed, investigate and escalate to the PPM Labour coordinate and the service manager.
- To undertake administration tasks necessary to manage and document the day-to-day business.
- Working alongside key personnel within the company to assist in administration duties.
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
