PIA Coordinator – Broxburn
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 depending on experience
Due to the continued expansion of our business, we are now looking to employ an experienced PIA Coordinator to work directly with our build teams, this role will involve the co-ordination of PIA activities between the planning, managing and delivery of key tasks:
- Raising/Maintaining Notice of Intents (NOI)
- Raising/Maintaining Whereabouts
- Raising/Maintaining Network Adjustments (N/A)
- Raising/Maintaining Self Provide Orders (SPO)
- Raising/Maintaining Build Complete (BCR)
- Assist with As-Built gathering and submission to all Clients
In your role you will be a member of the larger C-Plan team that provides support to the network build operation that will help deliver projects safely and to the highest of standards, compliant with UK laws, regulations, best industry practice and acceptable industry standards.

Other Information About the PIA Coordinator Role
- You will be based out of the C-Plan Head Office at Errigal House, 8 Clifton View, East Mains Industrial Estate, Broxburn EH52 5NE
- Your hours of work will be 40hrs Monday to Friday, flexible working arrangements to be agreed
- Experience in working with Openreach PIA Portal and knowledge of FTTH/FTTP builds would be advantageous
- Computer literate: Be competent in using Microsoft packages, Sharepoint system software
- Carry out your duties in line with UK laws, C-Plan Policy, Procedure, Process and Guidance Documents
